 ●So actually what is xuv 300 turbo sportz?

Mahindra already have some amazing SUV but was lacking behind in the subcompact crossover SUVtherefore, it has launched a more powerful Mahindra XUV300, the Turbo Sport. For those who is notknown to this, Mahindra showcased the ‘XUV300 Sportz’ at the 2020 Auto Expo. This is essentially isthe direct injection version of the 1.2-litre mstallion petrol engine that produces more power thanthe standard motor. With the new engine, the TurbSportz also gets a bit more changes in the exterior like the front grill having chrome are now full black and have a straight red line on it. Further down, the chrome inserts at the centre of the bumper have been swapped for a bright red accent that gives it a stylish look. The other elements, like the LED projector headlamps, LED DRLs, tail lamps, and the overall design have been retained and are similar to the XUV300.The design for the 16-inch alloys is new and the 'TGDi’ badge on the front fender and red 'W8’ lettering at the rear denotes the‘TurbSportz’ character. Then, there are three exterior shades to choose from. The Blazing Bronze that you see here is new and can be had in a monotone option or with acontrast black roof. The other two are Pearl White and Napoli Black which are offered with black and white roofs, respectively.

● Engine specifications 

So you will find real upgrades in its engine. In which you will find the same mstallion petrol engine of 1.2 L. Which is also present in a normal xuv 300. But you will find some upgrades in its turbocharging and direct injection. That is, it is a TGDI engine as you find in xuv 700. And hence you get the

additional torque and power and fun. This car comes with 130 horse power. Whereas the normal xuv 300 have 108 horse power. 

So comparatively this car has 22 extra horse power. Coming on torque, the normal xuv 300 petrol have 200 NM torque where as in turbo sportz variant you get 230 NM torque. Which is quite good. But it has transitory momentary torque in it where you’ll find extra boost estimated 250 NM torque for some time. Due to this the acceleration performance gets better. The best part of this car is the top most 250 NM torque, there is no other comparison to it in the terms of torque and horse power. This car can reach 0 to 60 in around 5 seconds. 

 ●Features

It comes with the equipment list and that’s how we come to know that xuv 300 turbo sportz come with multiple of features. Well the stranded xuv300 is available in dual tone colour ‘black and beige’ where as the turbo sportz variant has an all-black theme. Normally the dash board, door pads are black but the interesting part is even the leatherette upholstery is going to be seen in black. Here for a contrast Mahindra has added some chrome near the edge of the stereo, borders of the AC vents and at the covering of the gear knob but the only noticeable part is the metal-ended pedals. The turbo sportz is available in three variants W6, W8 and W8(O). Mahindra offers an electric sunroof,dual zone climate control, rain sensing wipers, a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, front parking sensor, six air bags, rear-view camera and rear wheel disc brake.
